Check where subscriptions bill from
Most subscriptions started in an app are billed by the app store, not the company, so they never show the company's name on your statement. Open each one you use — you may need to sign in.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Open Apple subscriptions →Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions.
Open Google Play →Settings → Payments → Automatic payments. These rarely name the company on a card statement.
Open PayPal →Account → Memberships & Subscriptions, including Prime and channels.

Scan a bank or card statement
Paste two or three months of transactions, or drop your bank's CSV export. It looks for the same merchant charging the same amount at a regular gap — the rules the Outflow app uses — and flags price rises along the way.
Search your email for receipts
Sign-up confirmations and renewal notices catch what statements hide — free trials that haven't charged yet, and yearly plans that renew once.

How do I find all the subscriptions I'm paying for?
Check the four places that bill subscriptions — Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), Google Play (Payments & subscriptions), PayPal (Automatic payments) and Amazon (Memberships & Subscriptions). Then look through about 90 days of bank and card statements for the same merchant charging the same amount at regular intervals, and search your email for receipts and renewal notices. The steps above walk through all of it.
How do I find subscriptions on my bank statement?
Take at least two months of transactions — three is better, so quarterly charges show — and look for the same merchant charging the same amount at a regular gap: about 30 days for monthly, 365 for yearly. A direct debit is recurring on a single sighting. Shops you visit often charge a different amount each time, which is how to tell them apart. Step 2 applies exactly these rules. How do I find subscriptions in Gmail?
Search for (subscription OR receipt OR renewal OR "your plan" OR "free trial") newer_than:1y.
In Outlook, Apple Mail and Yahoo, search for the same words without newer_than.
Is it safe to put my bank statement into a website?
Only if nothing leaves your device. This finder reads the statement with JavaScript inside your browser tab and never sends it anywhere — there is no upload, no account and no bank login. You can check: once the page has loaded, turn off Wi-Fi and the scan still works. Your list is kept in this browser's storage and nowhere else.
What won't a subscription finder catch?
Anything billed to an account or card you didn't check, subscriptions someone else pays for you, and charges older than the statement you scanned. Billing cycles are estimated from the gaps between payments, and bank descriptors can be cryptic — check each result before cancelling anything.
